Okay, let me see if I can write this up properly...

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU: AMD FX-8150
RAM: 16.0 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. M5A97 R.20 (Socket 942)
Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 (Gigabyte)
(driver have been updated to latest drivers for graphics card)

Neverwinter Nights 2 - far as I know updated to the last official patch.

Ever since I got this game, I have not been able to change the resolution of the game.
In short, in the Game Options section, under Graphics, there is =nothing= showing for Screen Resolution.
Yes, the rectangle is utterly empty.
For a while I just lived with it, because I was playing the game in a small sized window on my 21" CRT monitor, and could see everything just fine. I believe the settings in the *.ini file had it set to 1024 x 768. However, when I pressed ALT + ENTER today, the rules changed. Now I have a game screen that takes up almost the entire screen when I am clearly =not= in Full Screen mode. The full screen mode seems to have a much higher resolution, quite possibly the maximum for my monitor. (According to NVidia Control Panel, that is 1600 x 1200.)

Has anyone had this issue before and know of ways to fix it without reinstalling the entire game? Any and all constructive commentary would be appreciated. Also, I don't know if this has a direct affect on the game or not, but I have yet to even find the NWN 2 Toolset - if one came with this game.

What happens if you edit the NWN2.ini (the one in Documents \Neverwinter Nights 2 not the one you have shown here))

to show Width=1600 Height=1200 & RefreshRate=60 (or 59 whatever is default for your monitor)?

If you can't see NWN2ToolsetLauncher.exe in your main game directory, it may be because you installed the game in C:\ProgramFiles(x86)...

If you hold your mouse over nwn2main.exe it will say File version 1.0.23.1765 if you have the latest version.

Nothing.
No positive changes.
I changed the size of the window to 1600 x 1200, with a refresh rate of 75.
Give me a moment as i try to make that somewhat smaller again...

That made the window smaller again.
I am going to have to bookmark this or something, as that's fixed my problem of resizing my window.
Yes, it is larger than before, but that is now purely by my actual choice.
Thank you very, very much for your assist there.
Sure, I still do not have the means to actually change my graphic window on the fly, but I will live without it for now, unless someone can send me the information to fix that part.
The version of the game I have is 1.0.23.1765 at the moment.

Just a couple of things.

You said you tried 1600 X 1200 @ 75hz , are you sure your monitor can display 1600 x 1200 at 75hz ?
If that is your screens maximum resolution, it may not be able to display it at 75hz

If you go into the Nvidia Control Panel >Adjust desktop size and position , it will show you your screens refresh rate.

While your in there, try ticking "Override the scaling options set by games and programs"
It may enable you to make resolution changes on the fly.
