Can't seem to find a post with a reply or a fix anywhere about this so here it is. No matter what module I choose it crashes after loading, when it says "unpacking module". No window pops up or anything and I have no mods, it is a fresh install i have never been able to get into a campaign. I've tried the following,

-Verifying and reinstalling(game is not in program files)
-Updating all the frameworks and Dx, all that stuff
-compatibility settings in the application properties (all versions of windows and admin)
-Messing with read only on the files in both the documents and the base game folder
-Turning off and generally messing around with the graphics stuff in the NVIDIA control panel
-Turning off Real time protection
-Turning off UAC
-Renaming the application
-Turning down/off all of the settings

I've probably done more I can't remember even though I don't think half the stuff I have done doesn't even pertain to my problem, but I can't seem to find anything on this.I have the GOG version.
