I'm speaking with Lady Jadale in the epilogue to chapter 2 of the NWN1 original campaign. One of the dialog options is prefaced with "Finesse", in the same red font as things like "Persuade" and "Insight". I was wondering what this means, and I can't find it anywhere in the manual or online.

Just curious if anyone knows. Thanks!

EDIT: Strangely, later in the conversation, an almost-identical option came up with the "Insight" prefix. Odd.

It means you have an extra dialog option because you have Finesse.
If you had a lower intelligence, you may not have got that option later as an "Insight"
But how is it determined that I "have" Finesse? Is it based on my Int score, since it seems like Insight is based on Wis?

It could be based on a feat(s) you have, a skill or skills, or ability scores. You'd have to open up the campaign module with the toolset to find out for certain.

These sorts of things are ultimately arbitrary decisions made by the level-designers. Sadly, they didn't do these things often enough that there's any consistent pattern to them.
Okay, thanks for the clarification guys!
