This is my first purchase from GOG so I could get a third CD KEY and play several accounts at once. Unfortunately it did not generate a new key. Where do I find my third new key?

You need to go into your library (not via Galaxy, via the browser), choose NWN:EE and you should be able to choose the "Serial key" option from the menu.
