Here is my problem.

Bought the game some time ago. Tried the multiplayer and as everyone here I asked the staff for a key.
I made an account via the ingame menu. I am still waiting for a key(more than a week or two).
I got two emails from Bioware suggesting to activate my account. I logged once with the ID made from the ingame multiplayer menu and it worked, I logged in to some old bioware forum or something. when I checked the forum was closed months ago and no one can post there.

Today I received another email suggesting to activate my account. this time the link sent me to some other bioware site, not forum. I think it's the new Bioware site. I used the same ID and pass and it says they are wrong.

My question is what should I do really? Shall I make a new ID via their site and then somehow add my game or try to log with my existing ID. Do I need to wait for a key first or do I need to activate first.

I am really confused and really need help. Thanks in advance! :)

These emails we get about account registration are misleading, or at least they seem to be by me.

and these two links from the same email are dead, too.

On the other hand, going directly to http://accounts.bioware.com does work with our registered player names.

OTOH, to your real problem - are you certain that your request for unique CD keys was properly submitted? That the GOG.com staff received it, I mean? Because I filed a query for that last night as well, and has gotten nothing in the way of confirmation that my issue is being processed so far...

Thanks for the last link you gave. When I click it I see I am logged with my user name.

I shall wait one or two more days and send another request for CD key.
