I received the cd key today, and after following the instructions, I tried to log in and try the multiplayer component. Directly after logging in, I get an error message "Could not connect to Master server. Some multiplayer services may not be available". However, a list of servers do come up after that. When I try to connect to any, I get this error message "Could not load the module. Missing required custom talk table ios104.tlk". Different servers show different .tlk names. Then I'm redirected to the main screen.

By the way, single player campaigns work perfectly.

What does each error message mean and how can I fix this issue?

Thank you.

The Master Server error is due to BioWare's master server being off line. Don't worry about that,a s you can still connect to multiplayer, as you noticed.

The login errors you're receiving from various servers are due to the fact they're using custom content. You'll have to search for their websites (assuming they have one) and see if they have links to grab the content you need. Or, you could google the names of the missing files.
Funny how Coelocanth didn't solve his problem.

If you are missing the tlk file or hak files for a server you need to visit the servers webpage and download the necessary files to play on their server. Usually they have the website listed in the server details part in the game browser.

Good luck and have fun!
The most common add-on in servers is CEP. The latest version I know of as at this writing is 2.4. It's a huge download but once installed, it will allow you to enter most servers.

Many servers will put something in the server or module description to say what add-ons you need eg. "CEP2.3".
