Depends. Are you talking about NWN1 or NWN2? Mods in turm of graphics/etc or new modules/companions?

My setup is NWN2 Facelift Pack, Tchos' HD UI panels and dialogue compilation and expansion(usefull for high resolution displays), Tony K companion and mosters AI(let you turn puppet follow with pause every round, also makes enemies more clever) and Kaedrin Prc Pack, but the last one is not very compatible
