My party has arrived via portal at the locked door in the shadow vault part 1, can't get through until part 2.
Can't withdraw through the entrance to the veil theater. Seem to be in an illogical position

Wierdly this has been resolved, I went through the portal several times and now the shadow door is open.
Just as a matter of interest 1 why did it take several attempts to get through before success 2 why did it allow me access in part 1 when the walkthroughas I accessed said I could not get in until part 2 Ah well
