Some of my Map Locations vanished and now I can't leave the certain area I'm in.
I tried re-installing making sure UAC is off, set all .exe in NWN2 directory to admin, checked file integrity of download,
made a new game and played all the way up to Forte Locke again, and after I get the quests I go to the way point and all I see is Bandit camp, no graveyard. So I just go to Bandit camp, I finished that area killed Chief saved the slaves, and then when I clicked the way point, bam no Forte Locke. did this like 3 times now, And it's random too sometimes I didn't see the Swamp Cave near Weeping Willow Inn... This breaks the game because you become stuck and can't finish quests or progress into the game.

So I'm about stop playing this game forever. Bought it when it first came out and could never play it until 2009, then I ran into random crashes, and lost hours of game play too many times so i just said f*&^ it, finally it comes out on GOG and I figure maybe it's playable now and then this.. I feel so retarded dumping more money into this failure.
Sounds like you might have the problem that olnorton had. He eventually solved it and posted (a very brief hint in the direction of) the solution, here: http://www.gog.com/forum/neverwinter_nights_series/never_ending_bugs

Bottom line is that some of the latest drivers/AV does not play nice with NWN2. I wonder if you have the same audio or the same AV package that Mr. Norton has?

-edit- Oh, I had a recommendation that I don't know that he ever tried: find all of the folders with NWN2 stuff in them and fiddle the security so that all users have total control of files. This *might* make it so you don't have to chase down who (which soft) is screwing with your gaming experience. It should be quick to try, so if it doesn't work you can go to plan B.
