I am playing HoTU, my first NW game, I don't have the 'familial' anymore and don't remember exactly what happened. At first I thought I left it for dead somewhere and left without reviving it with the Resurrection Rod, but now I realize I can't even find the 'summon familial' command to put in the quick slots. What the heck might have happened? any idea? I really liked the familial and it was a valuable addition to my party. Thanks
Ok, so you are a Sorcerer or a Wizard and have problems summoning your pet, right?

Is the feat "Summon Familiar" listed in your character sheet?

You should then be able to use your radial menu to activate the feat.
Also, you can only use the feat once per day, so you might have to rest first.

yeah I am a wizard. No the 'summon familial' feat is not listed anywhere anymore, it was there but now it's like it disappeared. Something has happened there but I don't know what. Thanks
on the radial( right click on your character to get to the radial)

the summons familiar should be at: 9 oClock > 2 oClock > 12 oClock

If you do not have the feat, your character is corrupted (somehow).
This is not something I have seen before. A possible reason, if you never had had the feat, is the existence of specific content in the override folder in the installation directory. Another reason could be, if the character had been edited by a program like LETO.

Actually, I think you can re-add the feat to your character using LETO.
But my first suggestion would be to reload an earlier save game, where the character has the feat.

You can find LETO here (might take some experimenting to add the feat correctly, though):
