Hi folks, ty in advance for any help. in nwn 2, my character models skip/ jitter or jank when they move, but everything else is smooth as butter. Is there a "smooth movement" option i missed somewhere? is there a specific screen resolution to use? I remember playing in college and they moved normally on a much older PC. ty again for any help.

I've had this issues sometimes, too; IIRC it's a memory issue or connected with game not being able to use multiple cores correctly or something? No clue, but apparently it happened when the game (or maybe the computer) had been running for a longer time already and the only solution was to reboot the PC and run the game anew.

There is a known bug based on computer uptime.

Reboot your PC and see if it helps. If it does there are solutions to work around the bug.

Solution is discussed here:

But a simple first check is to just reboot your computer.
