Everything download OK, but when the screen shows up I click the play and the eye icon shows up then it close. What am I doing wrong? Please help me

Are you running the game as an administrator (assuming UAC since no OS was mentioned)?

People have had issues with the intro movies in the past, though this is usually only encountered if the game actually manages to launch. Still, if the UAC is not your problem, you could try disabling the intro movies by adding the following line under [Display Options] in your nwn.ini file:

Disable Intro Movies=1
