My monitor is unable to display movies because it can't display a refresh rate of 30 Hz.
I have had this problem with my old video card (GForce 250 GTS) but now also with my new Sapphire Radeon HD 6870. I use a dual monitor setup with an LG W2442PA and an LG W2442PE monitor.

Does anybody know how to solve this?

I don't think the refresh rate has anyting to do with the movies, i can play the intro/logos movies alright while forcing a 75 hz refresh rate, are you sure your game installed correctly?
