I have the identify spell on my sorcerer but every time I cast it on a magic items I get a message that the item is not a correct item for the spell or something like that. Can someone tell me step by step how to identify items because I don't seem to be holding my mouth right or something:)

Cast it on your PC. It raises your Lore skill by 10. You get 2 rounds to ID as many items as you can in that period (that's 12 secs, btw) .

Hit "Pause" right after casting to keep identifying items in your "12 seconds".

Using Identify spell on an item does not work.. You should cast the spell In in your character, It increases the lore of your character so that you can identify any item that needs a lore check.. but once it is cast, use it immediately it's only limited for a certain amount of time.
