In case you having issues with launching the game (such as "abnormal termination") try this:
1) Go to game's folder
2) Right click the nwnmain.exe and select "Properties"
3) Go to compatibility tab
4) Set "Run this program with compatibility for :" to windows Vista sp2
5) Uncheck the "run this program with admin rights"
6) Press the OK button and you are good to go
