So tried couple of mods that adds races and classes to the game but since they often conflict with eachother leading to no text on some classes cus you got another mod too I were wondering if there is any good mod that adds lots of races and classes in one neat package to avoid any bugs from having more mods?

Mods that use the game's override folder may conflict with each other regardless. You should generally play with either an empty override folder, or one that only has the files for the mod you're playing at the time to prevent conflicts.

For NWN2, Kaedrin's PrC pack may be of interest to you. I believe there is something analogous for NWN1, but I have not played that game in a very long time, so I'm not as familiar with the current state of its modding scene.
