Looking for a a fix-pack to install. No particular pattern. I have muscled my way through crashes occurring @every 30 minutes and have managed to clear Peninsula District and Prison with Tomi but enough is enough. My game is one I found in Thrift Store last week so I am playing with CD installed. I don't think it is the Diamond version.

Go [url=ftp://ftp.atari.com/patches/nwn2/]here[/url] and download the appropriate patches from *either* 'Gold', 'Gold + Zehir', or 'No Expansions'. Note that the auto-updater no longer works, since the on-line servers have been taken off-line permanently.

Edit: sorry, I mis-read your post. It's NWN1 you want, so scrap the above and go [url=ftp://ftp.atari.com/patches/]here[/url]. You want either the neverwinternights, neverwinternightshou or neverwinternightssou folder, depending on what version your disk is.

I'm assuming, then, that you have original NWN without any expansions. In that case, from what I remember, the original patches were not cumulative, so download them all and patch each one numerically, in this order:
