I'm downloading the windows installer and it starts to hang at 2.29 GB of 2.32 GB. I've let it sit for an hour, then attempted to re-download but it hangs at the same point.

I tested the setup file, and it worked fine. I'm able to start up the game just fine as well. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I'm a little concerned because obviously one of the 2 bin files isn't complete.

I'd try clearing cache and re-downloading but changing the file name to something else (sometimes the computer thinks it has already dl'd this file and knows how big it should be).
Take note of the original file name so you can change it back later.
