I tried to download the game with the browser download but it kept on telling me that the file is corrupt, so I read a suggestion to use the GOG downloader..and I did that

The problem is that they downloaded in two .bin files and I am completely computer backward and have no idea how to make it work. Can somebody please tell me how in as simple language as possible?

You need to download third file: setup_nwn_diamond.exe as well. Once you have all three files in one place, just run the setup and the game should install.
