Any time I want to play online I don't see servers at all. How can I solve this problem?

Gamespy no longer supports NWN or NWN2, but only the Gamespy menu is broken. The online client is still fully functional. You need to use the "direct connect" feature. There are a number of ways to find a server to join. Just enter the servers IP on direct connect and you're off to the races.
The community is working on building a fan-run replacment for the Gamespy service.

If you download and install NWNCX (Neverwinter Nights Client Extender), you will once again be able to see a mostly complete list of available servers.
