For offline installers, there is version 78.8186 (25196) for german and 78.8186.1 (32696) for english. All other DLCs are the version 78.8486.1. Why the installer vor german version are not updated?

I'm not even sure what this 8686.1 is and whether it's of any siginificance. In the latter case GOG should detail the changes in the changelog.
