Just bought the game. Did everything to get online to work. I can see games and can create a server but if I try to join I just get cd key unauthorized. I got the keys off my account and used the key changer software.

Any one have have ideas?

It could be a permissions related issue: maybe the keys changer tool is not actually editing the file in which game keys are stored (nwncdkey.ini), hence you could try running the tool as administrator.

That said, I suggest you to read this post.

From what I remember, the keys for Mask of the Betrayer and Vanilla were criss crossed way back when, and might still be now.

You might have to reverse them when you type them in, and if it's the same issue, it should work afterward.
