Hopefully someone from GOG will read this. I've requested a cd key several times following my purchase, and have not heard anything since that purchase 3 days ago.

I might as well have torrented this game and aquired a cd key through a keygen, saved myself the $10.00 for a piece of incomplete software.

Now they contacted me, telling me I couldn't get a refund since I already downloaded the game. WHAT GOOD IS A GAME WITH NO CD KEY?!

This should have been made clear upon purchase. I will never buy from this horrific website again.
Weird, my friend and I both bought NWN recently, and our CD keys came through just a few hours after requesting them...
I've never had any issues requesting unique keys from GOG. They've always got back to me within 3 days of my requests.

It does make you wonder how micahleevincent worded their requests to GOG support being as a refund has been asked for and that they are calling the website horrific.

Best advice I can give is be civil, make your request formally using the Unique Multiplayer Key request forms, and if no joy then contact GOG support via email or PM one of the blue text GOG staff here on the forums.
It's definitely unusual to take so long. I got my keys within two hours of requesting them. I know they've done a few updates to the site, so perhaps that's what's taking up their time and causing the delay.

micahleevincent, it's a shame you're having such a bad experience with your first purchase here. All I can say is if you can see your way to giving GOG the benefit of the doubt, I think you'll find they're really an excellent service. I do agree that the CD key thing with this game is a bit... weird. But I think it has to do with the fact they don't want to give out unique keys that won't be used (the vast majority of people never bother playing on-line), but they could most definitely do a better job of pointing out that you don't automatically get unique keys when you purchase the game (and it appears they could certainly stand to streamline the process for those that actually want unique keys).

As far as I know, GOG are working on this. All the older titles have to have a request sent for unique keys, but some newer titles come with a unique key that is shown alongside the download files for the game in your My Account page (e.g. Far Cry 2). I don't know how many games come with unique keys though as Far Cry 2 is the only one I have that comes with one, but someone else mentioned they had games with keys in their My Account too.
While I can confirm that GOG has replied quickly to my multiplayer key request(s) for Far Cry, I have to note that none of the keys did work! I have got three and they all fail with different messages, either "key already in use" or "invalid key". GOG support does not really seem to check the keys before sending them. I gave up on my multiplayer Far Cry now :-(

Do let them know about this though. If they're not aware of the issue, they can't fix it. Perhaps it will prevent this from happening to other people.
