I sent a e mail for a cd key over a week ago and still have not gotten it what should i do ?

I would recommend waiting a little while longer, as far as I know, they only work on business days, and they've had some problems with their email servers lately, making it take awhile for keys to be sent out. If you don't get it by Tuesday or Wednesday, I would recommend sending another request.
