Tried downloading both the standalone installer on the website, and through gog galaxy, but neither work.
On the website, the exe can be downloaded, but the other two files open to a 404 page.
On got Galaxy the download just fails immediately.

I Just tried and got the same thing.
Maybe just try again later.

Same problem here too... Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition unable to install :(

Same! Came here to post about it. Anyone have a solution yet? Really frustrating, I just bought it. Wondering if I should get a refund and buy it elsewhere.

The website literally says "We're having technical problems downloading and updating games". So I'm afraid you'll have to wait until GOG resolves that issue, whatever it may be.
