EDIT: FINALLY!!!!

I found a fix that worked! :D
I simply needed too turn of Catalyst AI!!
For everyone else with the same problem, here is the fix!

I have a problem, have been trying too solve it myself but it has failed.

I have tried with the atioglxx.dll file, which allowed me too get the game running and see the intro movies, but not the menu.

I have tried the GOG guide, but it didn't work either...

I have also tried a reinstall, deletion of its registration key after unisnstalling it and running it as an administrator but to no avail...

I have also installed the latest drivers for my AMD radeon card, 12.8, which supports OpenGL.

Here are some specs:
Windows XP SP 3
AMD Radeon HD5670 Graphics Card
AMD Athlon X2 CPU 3.0GHz
DirectX 9.0c

Please, anybody knows a fix for this?
