Thanks for the update! It may be worth mentioning though that the account update notification for this particular game/patch seems to repeatedly return after downloading it, only to disappear again for a moment or two before returning each time.

That happens with every update. You probably just never noticed it before. It's especially bad when using the GOG Downloader. You get the same update notification over and over, the notification system is basically just broken. This is one of the main reasons why I look forward to GOG Galaxy.

I'm used to the notification taking forever to go away each time a game updates, but this one seemed different for some reason. It would go away for a little while, I'd read a couple threads, then see a new update notification. For some reason, on my end at least, the notifications have always stuck around for a long while after I check them, but once they disappear, they stay gone.
The most amusing part is that, once I mentioned it in this thread, it stopped happening. Maybe I just woke up wrong. Perhaps I should try going back to sleep and trying again later. ;)
