does Neptunia Virtual Stars run on Windows 7?

GOG's system requirements say no, but they are not very reliable. Anyone confirm?

Here is what I found out. The game does run on Windows 7 64-bit. It also requires a CPU with SSE 4.2 instructions. Unfortunately the game is horribly broken in any case. It was broken when it was released on Steam, and is still broken now that it's on GOG. I'm talking about graphical glitches that corrupt the whole screen and leave you playing blind.

Neglecting quality control to this extent seems like a really poor choice for both GOG and the developers.
