I started the game, selected Melee, Ranged, Trapping, and Lockpicking. First turn, I chose 'Melee- prepare to fight it' and beat the Dogman to death .

It shows me some glass shards and a corpse, and I can pick up the shards (one to each hand) but how do I actually skin this sucker? I want his fur for a coat, but nothing I try seems to work, so I'm having some problems with th interface it seems.

Aha...you cannot do this until you 'leave' the room through the window. That's a bit counter-intuitive. I figured I had to interact with the items before leaving the location via the window.

OK, got the coat, and figured out how to change the default 'camp site' to the Exam Room.

Does 'Rest and Heal' decrease your fatigue, or do I have to actually 'Sleep'?

This game is addictive. I have figured out that 'Rest and Heal' does not affect your Fatigue level (at least not that I can discern).

I wish there was some kind of counter or calendar in game, so I could look at it and say "I've survived 66 days so far, still no idea what happened to the Earth while I was asleep, or even how I ended up in cryo. Tomorrow, I will track one of those mysterious soldiers back to his base and see if the answers can be found there."
