So, I see there was some sort of change but nothing specific.

Here's my dumb question: if I run the updated installer, will it simply update the game with any changes or do I need to uninstall and reinstall in order to have the most recent version?

I suppose I could mess around with it and figure it out, but it's time to eat so I'll put this here so someone can get solve points. :-)

Me too. AFAIK no files in folders were changed (img, SampleModFolder, 0, or infodocs).
In the data folder only one file ("conditions.xml") changed.
"NEOScavenger.exe" was changed.
The gog dll file (probably not important).
That is all I found. But I'm not organized today.
Prolly miss my glasses.. that .. i'm wearing .. ;)

Fixed a bug that caused misplaced/missing items and camps when autosave is enabled.
