Also, why the name change?
Schizm: Mysterious Journey
Schizm II: Chameleon
Then it's changed to Nemezis: Mysterious Journey III and not Schizm III: Nemezis?

I'm assuming it's a rights thing. AFAIK Schizm was the European name of the series and Mysterious Journey was the US name. So in the US the second game is called Chameleon: Mysterious Journey II rather than Schizm II: Chameleon. I'm guessing either there's a rights issue preventing them from using the original name, or they decided to unify the name internationally and decided on using the US name for some reason.
