I've been playing this with my daughter on her computer and mine and we have the same problem. We've both completed all of season 1 on 100% but season 2 wont unlock !

I just read in the manual that you only have to complete half of a season to unlock the next one but ours doesn't open at all.

All ideas/ suggestions appreciated,

Are you running the game as administrator?

Thanks for the reply, I tried running it as an administrator and not but it still came up the same. I even reinstalled it a few times.

However I have fixed it now and it was something to do with the userdata NGH file in the files in Documents. What I did was opened the file using notepad and deleted everything ( it looked like a whole load of Chinese characters ).

This did mean starting the whole game again but Season two opened when it should've this time. So if anybody else gets this issue and Season two doesn't open after three "episodes" of season 1 then do this to reset it.
