Hi folks,

Just bought this game tonight, when I try to run it a dialog box with "unkown problem" pops up and ends the program.

I've tried running as administrator as well as lowering the user account settings. I also tried the compatability pull down with no affect.

Any ideas what my issue might be? 6GB of ram, Windows 7 64bit, ATI video card.

Figured it out. My bigscreen I am using to output the display doesn't support 16bit mode on the video card.

Ok... so what did you actually do to resolve it? I've got the same problem.

Has anyone successfully resolved the problem of "Unknown Problem" on Win7?

I have been unable to start either of these Neighbours from Hell games, despite messing with compatibility, giving them admin rights, giving the read/write access to their install directory...

I also had this problem, and I fixed it by changing the screen resolution.
Just go to your desktop, right click, Resolution or whatver it says and change it to another one. When youre done playing the game shift back to normal. This happens when your monitors have "weird" resolutions. I have to do it with bunch of other games. Hope this silvs it for you guys, if not, well, I did what I could.
