So after I finish the first level, Trench Warfare, the game doesn't unlock the next level. It redirects me to the Challenge menu after the cutscene ends. If I select Continue Game, it also doesn't take me to the next level, but to the last saved game I created.

Is my game broken? Do I need to apply some kind of patch to prevent this from happening?

[EDIT:] I figured out what the issue was. For some reason, you cannot progress past level 1 on the default profile. Playing through a user created profile doesn't loop you into playing the first level.
