I am late in the game, have a barquentine and am getting ready to launch the final set of missions leading to the final encounter with Moby.
I found it strange that, though arriving at Pearl with full holds of blubber and oil, the captain and crew's lays were negative.
I checked the last time and I had a total income from oil and blubber of -$2387

Is this a feature?

Hey kaleun76, thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience. It should not be possible to lose money so it is definitely a bug. We haven't received any other report about this issue so you could help us fixing it. If you experience it again (or you have a save file just before it happens) you can send us the game log (and/or the save file) via mail at support@picaresquestudio.com. You can find the output_log.txt in the Nantucket Data folder present in the Nantucket folder (Nantucket\Nantucket_Data).

Do not launch again the game after experiencing the bug, because every time a new game is launched the log is overwritten.

Hullo I have found the bug as well in Honolulu, the prices for both blubber and oil are still showing negative. unfortunately it had been a while since I last saved before I encountered the bug it but I saved the game immediately after. Would it be of any help the log and/or savefile? I am playing on the latest version and have both DLC.

Also thank you so much for making this game. It has been quite a treat.
edit: sent an email containing logfile, savedata and the screenshot I took just before exiting the game for the last time.
