I need to know something about the version of Riven offered in GOG.
Does it include the other languages or only the english language version?

Riven GOG version is english only, same for Myst, i think.
I'm using the data from my riven disks (spanish language), with the gog version, and it works great (@win xp & win 7).

Do you only have to change files in DATA folder, or do you also have to change the RIVEN.EXE and EXTRAS.MHK files?

You also have to change the EXTRAS.MHK file. The RIVEN.EXE file is modified so it can run under Windows 7, so you have to let it be in its place.
