Is there a way to use the keyboard (arrow keys for instance) to turn and move? Can't stand clicking with the mouse every second, not at all.

There isn't afaik. If you can't live with the point n click, most of the series isn't gonna be your "thing"

Some parts have free movement, but the point and click to move is okay as long as I can freely look around. What I can't stand is the point and click to look around. *shudders*

If parts of the screen are consistent with movement maybe you could use a macro which when running stimulates a mouse click at certain locations when a certain key gets pressed.
