I've been through several walkthroughs and videos examining this. It isn't a difficult puzzle. I've flipped all three steam switches for the telescope, and the two on the catwalk beside the control room. Despite all of that, the bridge for the golden dome refuses to lower. Am I doing something wrong? Is this some sort of game breaking glitch? I'm just about ready to throw my computer out a window.

Edit: Nope, nope. Nevermind. Ignore this. I got it. Apparently I'm blind and missed the lever right beside the bridge.
