Just bought Riven, to fill out my Myst collection that hopefully will play on Win 11 with less hassle than installing the original disks, and using Galaxy to download (not install) the game files. The download proceeds to 93.8% complete (5.11/5.12GB) and stops. Does not finish. Anyone see this? I tried support but couldn't get past the chat bot.

Hello chricton,

The game itself does not affect your download (other than its size, of course).

If your download stalls, it's either due to your computer not having enough space to store the game where you're trying to install it, or your ISP's download is failing at some point in the process.

There is no chatbot at Cyan Support - have you emailed support@cyan.com or submitted a ticket at support.cyan.com. Please use those avenues to contact us for help about the game.

Thank you for the reply. The download did finally finish after 20mins or so. I'm pretty sure this is a GOG thing, unless the download is actually from cyan servers. The chatbot is from GOG's support.

Anyway, It's all good now. Looking forward to replay these games after all these years.

Good to hear - yeah, any games bought through GOG are delivered from GOG, not from the game developer's site.
