Got the bright red thing telling me one of my purchases has an update, excellent I thought

Apparently it's RealMyst....excellent..

..What's changed?

I thought someone on here would've asked, pointed out or otherwise, but no...in short what's happened and is it good?

Well, there is this thread, but it's admittedly a little difficult to keep track of everything.
