This is for Windows 8 64 bits, Intel HD Graphics. Everything works, I can even hear the audio of the videos, but no image where it usually shows the videos. Myst Masterpiece shows video, so I guess its not a codec problem...

I have noticed, no sound or videos working. I had no idea that their are people in the game to talk to. I read a walkthrough...and I have no Prison book to speak of, that is handed to you. Anyway, how do run it in xp compatibility mode?

rightclick the .exe file, go the the tab 'compatibility' and set the compatibilitymode you desire. Don't forget the click 'apply' before you click 'ok'. Just clicking 'ok' doesn't save your progress.
