I cannot get past the puzzle where you draw the singing symbol on the slate, drop it on the red mat, push the drum to the top, and hop on the elevator. I have tried repeatedly to do this (even tried the snake symbol once). The elevator usually rises,but I cannot reach the top. Is there something else I need to do? I have checked with a walkthrough and I seem to be doing everything in order. Very frustrating!!!
