After experiencing freezes in Channelwood, I looked through forum and tried to follow suggestions but nothing helped. Until that time, I had no problems. Today I decided to re-install. I changed the destination folder by deleting the (x86) as suggested by someone (have NO idea what that means or how it affects the program). I have Windows 7 but am running the program as Windows XP SP 3 and as Administrator per suggestions. I started completely over and everything was going great through the initial phase (investigating, going through all the tower rotations, etc.) -- Saved 3 times as I went along. When trying to save the 4th time when working on the rocket power (my first "age"), dang if it didn't freeze again. I can hear the sound but the picture just sits there & I can't save.

Later -- I would delete this but haven't figured out how -- I fixed QuickTime per someone's instructions and so far, so good -- got all the way through Channelwood w/o any problems. Sorry for taking up room with all this complaining...
