Seems that Quicktime didn't get installed/failed to hook. Beyond that is anyone's guess, but maybe you could try putting it into ScummVM.

Bit late, but I ran across the same issue. The problem for me turned out to be that Myst ME uses an obsolete video encoding format called Cinepak. For some reason some of the MOV files in the qtw folder are in a different format. You need to convert those offending files to Cinepak. Unfortunately that might be easier said than done. I used FFmpeg for the conversion. I was running Myst ME on Linux, so my process might not exactly work for you if you run Windows or Mac, but I made a post here that goes through my solution. Hope some of this helps!
