I have gone through the forums, have tried all the fixes suggested, and none of them work - game keeps freezing whenever I click on the painting to open the passage to the library and I have to shut it down via task manager. I am trying to contact support to get a refund, but I can't even FIND a place to contact support - just keep getting sent back to the forums. Can someone point me in the direction of a direct link to contact support??
