Wondering what I can do to limit or remove the lag/stuttering when ever I turn the camera. It skips the few frames hard and it is very distracting and borderline unplayable.
I have a GTX1080, 1440p LG monitor, ryzer 5k series, nothing special

I fixed the issue. Myst 3 apprears to use a VM software called residualvm. I looked for an updated version but could not find one, however I learned that it got combined with ScummVM . Can be downloaded here (can not post link, google scummvm), I downloaded the none installation version, i went to the game directory, deleted everything under folder residualvm, extracted ScummVM in that same folder. Under the Myst 3 directory, there is a shortcut file called Launch Myst 3 Exile, right click it and hit properties. Under target, it will have this "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Myst 3\residualvm\residualvm.exe" -c "..\myst3.ini" myst3-win, change it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Myst 3\residualvm\scummvm-2.8.1.exe" -c "..\myst3.ini" myst3-win. Game will now start under scummvm with no stuttering.

I hope this game gets this updated for other users to enjoy it
