Is this on GOG?
If you're asking to whether the 25th anniversary updates to the games are on GOG - then the answer is: yes, they are.
Strange, there's no mention I can find of them being updated to the 25th Anniversary or any reference to the 25th Anniversary being available?

With exceptions of Exile and Revelations actually being released, the whole "25th Anniversary" stuff is/was compatibility updates/fixes (and the removal of the first realMyst title from the store). I currently own every game save for Exile and Revelation on GOG and I can confirm that each game has had updates (GOG's policy of viewing changelogs seems to only extend to owners of the game(s), which is why most of the game forums have changelog threads maintained by various users - as to why there isn't one for the Myst series, I guess no user just felt up to the task).
I've downloaded a few updates myself but don't yet own Exile or Revelations on GOG, have all the others, but the stupid update to the GOG Store and Store Front mean I can't search or buy anything at all as I use IE11, so won't be buying those until they fix IE11, if ever!

Exile I own as the original DVD and that still runs 'as is' on Windows 10, been playing that for a few weeks now without any issues, so don't really need to buy it on GOG do I :)

Again, it's strange the Myst website says the 25th Anniversary Collection is available on GOG but the link just goes to the Myst Masterpiece Edition page?

That's something for GOG and Cyan to sort out, I imagine. I think the general idea is supposed to be that GOG should have a bundle of all the titles together similar to how they're sold on Steam currently, titled as the "Myst 25th Anniversary Collection" but instead, the most GOG does is a "buy series" option on each game's page.
Yep, steam seems to get it right but GOG just keeps getting it wrong!

I've just dumped my Exile DVD into RVM and got that working fine too with my saves, so there really is no need to buy it on GOG if that's all that's been done!

I feel like I've asked, but why use IE11?
Because it works for all the sites I visit regularly, and some not so regularly! GOG is the only site that doesn't work in IE11 for me so I just buy from steam instead as their website/client 'just work', so i've definitlely GOG (Gone Off GOG) :)

Let me (while sighing internally like a jobs centre interviewer) rephrase the question: Why aren't you using a standards compliant browser like Firefox, Vivaldi, Brave, Chromium & friends, or even (help us all) Edge? IE simply doesn't have the tools to deal with CSS and such.

Let me sigh in return like a naughty child needing to explain themselves, it still works and isn't illegal to use! Same as people who still drive old cars rather than more efficient modern ones, if they keep passing the MOT then they are still OK to drive! IE is still working on every site I visit (except GOG, but steam is 100% working) so no need to change, if you can't deal with people not conforming to your ideals then sorry, happy to be a fly in the ointment.

IE FTW!!

Fine then. But any problem you have using IE 11 is yours and yours alone, and not a problem of the web developer; according to standards internet explorer is depreciated, so that's your boat with a hole in it. I suppose I should mention the security issues (such as no Subresource Integrity), the lack of proper extension support, and many other issues that add to a tally of less than 40% standards support.

Well, alright. Since you used the car metaphor. Sure, that car may pass emissions testing, but I'm sure a child wouldn't feel safe riding in the vehicle due to a lack of safety belts and airbags. There's no crumple zones either, so if anything happens to impact the vehicle, you're going to need a neck brace at the least, should you actually survive. The suspension constantly bounces, the shocks are weak, and there's no way to sensibly mod it to fix these issues.

Would've left it at that, were I in your position. While I truly get where you're coming from, if WebJunkie's happy with using what they choose to use, then you shouldn't try to impede it (no matter how well intentioned the impedance is).
