Thanks for all the help that I have received to get RIVEN up and running - Over TWO DAYS of downloading and re-downloading. UAC on/off, AV on/off, firewalls on/off and every combination of!!!!!!!! NO LUCK -
Click on the setup icon and the Windows prompt just spins ( I guess I never asked how long I should expect it to spin before I give up - 10 minutes LONG enough)
The description says VISTA compatible - One shouldn't have to be a computer programmer to make it "compatible". Very disappointing.
Now to see what kind of hurdles I have to jump through to get a refund - Hope I don't have to de-frag my hard drive or have UAC off

I must apologize to everyone for my last post. This AM I just tried to install again - For some reason it went well. I was thinking that MAYBE i was having trouble because i use an online file backup application. The computer may have been trying to save the file online and trying to setup at the same time. The backup would have happened overnight and allowed me to install today. Just a thought???
