I bought only Real MYST so I post only about it. Experiences also with other games of the series are welcome.

Real MYST
Works fine (I have Wine 1.4 RC6). But you need a little setup.

After you installed normally, possibly in a clean wineprefix...

1.
Download Indeo Codecs Legacy Package and install it.
Use Custom installation and uncheck ``Indeo Video Direct Show Filter'', it is unneeded and it stops the installation.
Another way to install is using winetricks:
$ winetricks -q icodecs


If you do not install the indeo codecs some movies will not be shown.

2.
Setup the game (realMYSTSetup.exe) so that the game resolution is exactly as the desktop resolution. Once set you can use xrandr before playing or you can use a virtual desktop (winecfg).

If game and desktop (virtual or not) use different resolutions the game will crash VERY often and it will be unplayable.

Once done 1. & 2. have fun!
