hello , is it possible to move the save files to steam?

Unfortunately, if you want an 'official' response, you're probably better off posting your question on the Steam Community forum for this game.

I do not know, but I presume transfering the save games between GoG/Steam should work perfectly fine. Transferring saves tends to be a problem only for different hardware-platforms (PC, xbox, playstation, etc.) Also, don't be afraid to start over if you can't transfer files - I know overcoming that feeling isn't always easy, but a new game can be quite refreshing.
